While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going demodé for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. A nice hotel for families. William Rankin Very clean hotel, staff are great and friendly. Food is tasty and well cooked. Most of the complaints seem to come from those who want chips, chicken nuggets and burger. The snack bar is there if you wacky that. Dinner time is late at 7 pm, so it's not ideal if you have young kids. Entertainment is aimed at families with young kids, so not ideal hotel for couples. Plenty space by the pool, good drinks, close to local shops and bars for other entertainment or meals out. You get more than what you pay for. Remember, it's a 3 star and very well priced.
